The divine Calabrian red derives from selected Gaglioppo grapes, which are the historic grapes of Ciro'. Is offered to Ihe market affer a maturation period of at least 12 months. Showing a bright red colour and intense aroma that is delicately spiced. Characterised as dry, warm, harmonic and tannic. Suited to succulent dishes, roast meats and game. Well suited to hard, mature cheeses.
